Our service

Iron Paw provides mobile pet waste collection from residential gardens in the UK. By booking a service you agree to these terms.

Bookings

  • One-off bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion

  • Prices are based on the garden size and number of dogs selected at booking

  • Booking confirmation will be sent to your email address

 

Additional charges

If upon arrival the garden size is larger than selected, or the amount of waste exceeds what would be expected for the number of dogs stated, an additional charge may apply. You will always be informed before any additional charge is made.

Your right to cancel (14 day cooling off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However if you request that the service begins within the 14 day cooling off period and then cancel, you may be charged for any service already provided. To exercise your right to

cancel contact us at services@iron-paw.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase.

 

Cancellations — one-off bookings

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of the full booking value

 

Subscriptions

  • Weekly payments are taken automatically every 7 days

  • A minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel your subscription

  • To cancel contact us at services@iron-paw.co.uk

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if access to your garden cannot be obtained

  • We reserve the right to pause your subscription in circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather or illness

 

Access to your property

  • You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to your garden

  • Please provide gate codes or access instructions when booking

  • If we cannot access your garden on the day of your visit the appointment will be forfeited without refund

  • You must ensure the garden is safe for our operative to enter

Health and safety

  • Please ensure any dogs are kept inside or secured away from our operative during the visit

  • Please inform us of any hazards on your property when booking

 

Liability

  • Iron Paw holds public liability insurance

  • We will always take reasonable care when visiting your property

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

 

Waste disposal

All waste is collected and disposed of responsibly in accordance with Environment Agency guidelines. Iron Paw is a registered waste carrier.

 

Price changes
We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

 

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
